Can't stop smiling!
This workout is excellent! It made me sweat and left me breathless and yet I couldn't stop smiling the whole time! The choreography is beautiful! I loved that the second routine was slower so that you could catch your breath and that the steps in it were a bit more difficult so that it would engage your brain. I can understand why some people found it too fast and hard to follow. But as someone who is used to doing dance workouts, I didn't find it difficult. So I enjoyed it a lot. And Amanda's smile is infectious! :D

Sweaty and fun
Didn't preview this before, but just did it anyway. Some moves were hard to coordinate, but I'm not complaining because challenging the mind is also a part of the workout. I didn't look smooth doing it, but no one is watching so I enjoyed myself anyway.

so boring
I hate to say this...but im doing a 4 week challenge and whenever these vids come on I just cant motivate myself to train...its nice to have a dancey/cardio workout every now and then, but calling this a dance workout is ott. its just jumping up and down in a jolty and uncoordinated manner and in a way that doesn't even give you time to actually work out.

I love cardio dance workout but this terrible. Yes, she moves fast but this workout is very spastic. The music and the moves don't match up. I had to do another dance workout on Popsuar so my workout wasn't a complete fail for the day. I will repeat another workout whenever I'm supposed to do her videos. Horrible!

Awful Workout
I did not like this 2nd Dance Workout as much as I didn't like the 1st!! The cuing is terrible, it is too fast and the music/beat does not match the moves we are supposed to be attempting. Disappointing, but not surprised. Will not be doing anymore of these dance workouts...I will just redo a previous workout.

not much fun
I managed with some difficulty to follow most of the moves (no thanks to the cueing), but was disappointed that everything seemed to be geared at getting in an efficient cardio workout. Other Popsugar dance workouts emphasize the fun in dancing and make me forget I’m exercising as I’m enjoying the movement. For a group aerobics vibe I’d choose something else.

I had fun! Enjoyed much more than the first
I left a 2 star review for the first one but glad that I gave this one a go. My main criticisms of the first video were that the steps felt too repetitive for me (e.g. different variations of jumping) and I felt like I was doing aerobics and not really dancing. There is still a lot of jumping and some aerobics type moves, but overall I really enjoyed the routines which felt more dance-y and got my heart rate pumping. Thanks Amanda and gals!

Better than the first one.
I mean you really need some really good coordination to keep up with her. I still don't like the fact that she goes way too fast, its easier than the first workout on the first week, but i still don't like it. Even the cool down feels rushed. I would honestly prefer to do another workout than do another one with her.

I would not rate this workout as a difficulty level "All." Many of the other Popsugar workouts offer modifications for people who want to take it slower or lower the impact, but this one does not. It is challenging to keep up with, and if you're uncoordinated like me, it's probably a lost cause. That said, I really appreciated Amanda's energy and gorgeous smile! She kept me motivated to keep trying and having fun--even if I was just jumping around and flailing my arms in a simulacrum of actual dance steps. Thankfully this is an at-home workout, so I didn't feel pressure to actually follow the choreography.

Great Workout
Lots of folks here complain about the pacing but this is a cardio workout. Just do you best and keep your heart rate up. This is not for the spring recital, you don't need to get the moves right. I got my heart rate up, I was sweating, and I had fun.

Better Than the First One
While this workout was a definite improvement from the first one in the full-body fusion series it still left me a little disappointed. The warm-ups and cool-downs for the workout continue to feel as though they are rushed and done at such a fast pace that they are more likely to cause injury than really get a good stretch in. Again, the cues for the workout were confusing with the instructor saying the directions from her point of view and not the viewer's and sometimes just saying the name of the move or a body part without saying what to really do. That combined with the fast pace and short repetition time makes it difficult to really learn the dances and get a good workout in because you are constantly trying to catch up. That being said, better than the first one.

Always in a hurry
For a non-dancer the moves are showed too quickly and I still get confused when she is telling me left side but she refers to her left and not to mine... Cool down seems too quickly as if she is in a hurry to get somewhere. Broke into sweat - at least accomplished that one ;-)

Way to fast
The excersices follow each other in a fast rate with limited reputations. I can not follow this while I love dancing. You dont get notified in time to prepare for the next move.

Not apartment friendly, but fun
This workout will definitely get your heart rate up, but it's challenging to do in a small space such as an apartment. You'll need plenty of space to do the dance moves properly and you'll be jumping for basically the entire 30 minutes. Overall, a great and fun workout but just keep this in mind before starting! :)

fun workout, i'm just not a dancer
still struggled to get the routines down, especially the third sequence. because i'm competitive i want to try it again so i can actually do the steps right. the time does fly by though, and i worked up a sweat, so that counts for something!

Fun for your brain and your bod
I always appreciate a dance cardio workout to mix the regular routine up a bit. This one did not disappoint! Amanda is super on top of it and never seems to skip a beat. Kept my brain working and my feet the whole time!
