Just finished this 30 day challenge. I started it to keep in shape during the shelter in place while my gym was closed. While it was a "flat belly' challenge, I'd say I'm stronger overall. Thanks to all the planks my shoulders are looking great too!
I loved the 30 day program and Anna is the best.
I developed a neuroma bottom of my foot from jumping about day 23 so I took modified version.
I am 65 yo. I look better but gained 2#s. Thanks π

First of all Anna is one of my favorite trainers. I repeat some of the workouts more than the recommended in the plan to get the most of it. Calorie burner workouts in this plan are killers makes me feel great. I saw improvement in toning and strengthening muscles. Overall very good workout plan. Thanks glow and Thanks very much Anna.
