Great warm-up! Day 3 series is fantastic!
Though I am the most uncoordinated person in the whole wide world - it didn't seem to matter because this workout, from warm-up to workout to cool down, really hit the spot! I am a hot sweaty mess and I LOVE IT! Bonus: kickboxing workouts are wonderful for alleviating stress (and anxiety).
I'll need to do this again now that I've seen the moves so I can keep up better and get the most out of the workout. I appreciated the warm up and cool down segments.
