tried to do this workout 2 days in a row and kept buffering and needing to load, ended up having to go to youtube to find a different workout :/

Fun intro to boxing!
Christa is adorable and makes this workout fun and doable. Every so often I would fall off-beat with her but it's easy to get back into the routine when that happens. Not too complicated, although I think it helps that I have taken boxing workout classes in the past. I felt this in my whole body which I appreciated!

Perfect for a satisfying cardio workout when you've hurt your ankle

Difficult at boxing

"Light as a feather...sting like a bee!!"
Christa is so freaking FIT and adorable and has an amazing personality, voice, and laugh that kept this workout fun while challenging! I wouldn't say it was the most difficult workout I've ever done (though I did hit 12 splat points!), although I really enjoyed it, and needed exactly what this workout offered me today...which was a great workout that didn't leave me splayed out dead on the floor. "Invigorating" is the word that comes to mind! Christa also does a great job of teaching all the moves before stepping up the pace, which I really appreciated. Concentrating on all my moves and keeping my form strong made the workout fly by, too, which is always an added bonus! Thank you, Christa! ...and thank you, too, for the amazing cool-down sesh that follows! Nothing like a bit of strong and loving self-talk to finish things off!

Hard if you don’t know boxing
Well... suprisingly I was sweating at the end. But I wasn’t tired and breathless. I couldn’t do all these boxing movements correctly, that’s why the training was ineffective for me. I wish I could do it better. If you know boxing, you will enjoy it.

Amazing Burn

Working the Brain!
Was that 30 minutes? It went by so fast. I am southpaw but find that Christa DiPaolo helps me work out both stances (brain challenge!). My abs and arms are feeling it 24 hours later.

Really Fun!
Really enjoyed this workout! The boxing sequences did get a little fast sometimes, but I felt so energized and good after I finished. I also appreciate the modifications - I did about half without modifications and half with and still got a fantastic workout.

Christa is the BEST!
Time will fly by in this workout because you’ll be having so much fun and concentrating so much on the moves that you won’t even notice how hard you’re working! Push ups, tricep dips and burpees really ramp up the upper body burn. Loved every minute!

Another great workout from Christa!
I love her form, and how she always finds unique combos. The combos are fast, but after a few times of doing this video you would be able to master them. Not her hardest workout, but definitely a solid beginner level.

Cardio Kickboxing Fan!
Thanks to Christa‘s classes, I have really learned to enjoy cardio kickboxing. She teaches you correct technique so that you’re not just haphazardly throwing punches around. She is always upbeat and positive and makes the workout fun with varying sequences.
