At least for me. My goal is to do the sideplank series without having to drop to my knee, but as of now that seems completely impossible. Super challenging but fun as always!
I did not feel the burn at all during the workout, so I was disappointed. However, I woke up the next day with my obliques sore as ever! So this works for sure, just wait until you are sore; you won't regret it.
I love Jake's workouts, he is so much fun to listen to that I hardly notice the time passing! I also love that they are quick and easy to do even if I am travelling. No excuses!!
I thought when I bought the program that I would be getting 21 new workouts, and this one has been available on pop sugar for at least a year or two. Sort of disappointed that not all of the workouts are unique (ie they repeat the classes, not 21 unique Glow workouts), and especially that this is an old one.
I do have a question on the booty pop part. Either my booty is that weak or I am not doing something right. Could there be a different angle so I can see if I am trying to do it right???
