Fast workout
Day 3 of Shred Challenge. Good workout when you have limited time. I could feel it in my core today. One more circuit would have been perfect but sometimes a fast burn is good too.

Fantastic strength building session
Loved every move of this one. The moves were unusual and targeted my muscles in surprising ways. One star off just because I really feel like it needed one more circuit to make it feel like a complete burn-out. Still, if you need a shorter session that really challenges your muscles, this is a great one!

Full Body Workout That Targets Muscles and Core
This I enjoyed, I was surprised how fast this went. But I really tried to focus on the movement. Very relaxing and a great workout for the mornings! Thanks for this Pop Sugar! Plus I just love the instructor - she's awesome!
