Perfect!
The perfect quick 10 min arm workout! Loved that there was a bit of cardio in it as well because I don't like to stand still the whole time I am doing my arms! Fun and effective! Loved it!

Humbled on last day
I thought there was no sense in leaving this for tomorrow so decided to tack this onto the Below the Belt of Day 27. Whoo boy, was I wrong. This stands on its own. Wasn’t able to hold on to weights (just 1.25 kg each) for the whole thing. Shoulders fully shot. Great respect for the ladies in the video who never rested for a second.

Good and short
At first I was a little skeptical that "arm dancing" was for me, but it proved to be an excellent workout, tiring out my arms just a minute and a half into it. Fortunately, you don't need to either have weights or be a good dancer to succeed in this class. It was plenty challenging with no weights (especially in the second half when the full-body workout began) and was easy to follow. Great class!

Best Workout From This Trainer In This Program
Finally! On the last day of the challenge, I was able to actually keep up with what this trainer was doing! In her other videos, the fast pace and lack of explanations make it near impossible to follow along with her but this workout used simple language and cues that were given in a timely manner. It left my arms burning and feeling strong. I wish there were more workouts like this from her included in the program instead of the dance ones.
