The level and duration
30 minutes is just long enough to keep me motivated (I know I don’t have to suffer for too long!) The level/build is appropriate for someone who hasn’t been active in a long time.

The Slow Build!!
Similar to others I tool a lengthy break from consistently working out and am loving the slow, intentional build up. I am always so tempted to punish myself with crazy hard exercises after long breaks, but we all know where that gets us (burn out!). Good strength training
Good workout. I did not expect my Fitbit to register it as exercise as it did not have any jumping or mountain climbers but it did! And I was sweating a bit. It also has lots of great modifications.

Great workout, perfect 30 minutes to really feel it!
This was an awesome workout and I am impressed by how sweaty I am from this strengthening routine! Not as sweaty as a cardio or HIIT class, but enough sweat to feel like I put in some work - which I did! Loved the variations and modifications in this one. Thanks POPSUGAR team! Starting over
I took such a long break from working out that I’m pretty much starting over. I put it off because I was dreading it, but after day one of the challenge, I had more energy and looked forward to today’s workout soooo much!! Super awesome, love the modifications I can utilize until I get stronger, and I’m enjoying Anna’s coaching. She’s been my favorite on PopSugar for years, so this is great. :)

Back work
Again this is not high cardio but it was nice to slow down and really focus on specific parts of the body. Before I knew it I was sweating even though there is not much cardio.

Love this series

Definitely Use Weights
I recommend using weights for a better back workout; otherwise, the routine focuses on the shoulders. I liked the glute exercises in the back bend position since it was also a great chest opener.

Loved it ! This workout was more intense than day 1, but just for the right amount of time. Like, you know it won't be for an excruciatingly long moment for each workout, so you can give it your best!

I don't know about you, but something about this workout require a bit more effort than day one. Love the way Anna communicates with the other ladies AND all of us working out at home. These workouts are great! This one was challenging, but offered so many modifications that I was able to keep up. I even thought how this is workout that I can reuse many times in the future because of the harder modifications. It can always challenge me no matter my fitness level in the futures.
