Feeling Relaxed
2nd day of Shred Challenge! The instructor used a very soft and soothing tone throughout the whole exercise. I am not that experience with yoga but I was able to follow along for most moves. I needed to watch a few times but I was able to picked it up pretty fast.
I do wish there were more beginner yoga videos on active. I don't know many moves and would love to learn more. I think I would enjoy more yoga videos if I could learn the moves first. There might be short videos but I would like a full 20-30 minute beginner video:).
I am a beginner and this was too fast to follow. Perhaps it should be made clear its not for first timers. The instructor is lovely and her encouragement is what kept me going even when i was stumbling through and not getting the moves. I'm going to look for a more beginner friendly session.
The instructor was lovely but as a beginner, in Yoga, her moves were a bit hard to follow. It seems a little tough for day 2 of a 2-week challenge. But I shall keep moving forward. Regardless, the calmness of it all is helpful in leaving any stressful situations behind us. So this was interesting!
I don't think that Yoga session helped me toning my abs. I'm at a very low level of Vinyasa Yoga, and that was too much to follow and to feel the benefits. I was frustrated too, at the end of the meditation. I'm not criticizing the instructor, she's very good and lovely.
I thoroughly loved this session. She does not speak too fast or make you feel like you are being left behind. Her voice is also very soothing and she does not over explain the moves.
I'm not super great at Yoga, but I thought this routine was fun and challenging at the same time. I totally recommend this, especially if you've had a stressful day!!
I surprising liked it! Its a bit challenging to follow but you just gotta feel the moment not thinking of how hard it actually is. Felt soothing especially the cool down stretches.
I found this routine difficult to understand 😕what to do and when. I don’t know my yoga moves by heart. I quit this routine early on. I’m sure they are great🙂 I guess I’m just addicted to Anna Renderer’s style of teaching us the exercises and showing us simple, know-how movements
