The best way to start one more time
I feel every muscle that I move! I love this session to star when I've lost my form. I can feel my body much more active after these exercises with Jake and Anna and Natasha. Their smile make me feel with them. Great job!!!

Still feeling the burn from the day 1 workout, so this shorter floor workout was much appreciated. However, I felt like it could have been just a tad bit longer (another 5-10 minutes with a bit more of a warm-up). I paired the workout with a short run.

Short but oh-so-effective!

Quick but effective
Great workout, quick and effective. Would have liked more of a warm up and a little longer session overall. Never the less, Jake is great at working ALL the right muscles, I could feel my butt all day! 🙌👍😘 I recommend this video!!

Amazing workout with Jake! This is my second day, and I am hoping that I will be able to finish the entire series. This workout is short, but it is VERY challenging. I have engaged muscles that I did not suspect actually exist :)))

I see progress!
A year ago I would not have been able to get through one set of these type of exercises without pausing but now I can get through a whole workout. In another year I'm sure I will be able to add ankle weights. :-)
