Yes, yesterday was intense, so today, you get to take it to the mat for this booty workout. It’s only 15 minutes, but it will work your glutes from all angles to create a lifted, sculpted backside without you ever having to stand up.
Still feeling the burn from the day 1 workout, so this shorter floor workout was much appreciated. However, I felt like it could have been just a tad bit longer (another 5-10 minutes with a bit more of a warm-up). I paired the workout with a short run.
As you know, for an effective training one day you should work hard, another one you should have less intensive session so your muscles will adopt.

Great workout, quick and effective. Would have liked more of a warm up and a little longer session overall. Never the less, Jake is great at working ALL the right muscles, I could feel my butt all day! 🙌👍😘

Amazing workout with Jake! This is my second day, and I am hoping that I will be able to finish the entire series. This workout is short, but it is VERY challenging. I have engaged muscles that I did not suspect actually exist :)))
A year ago I would not have been able to get through one set of these type of exercises without pausing but now I can get through a whole workout. In another year I'm sure I will be able to add ankle weights. :-)
