best workout of these series!
the only complaint i have is i wish it was LONGER! i might do it 2x next time. i wish popsugar did more heavy weight workouts.

Cardio spurts
Loved the cardio spurts between the strength training exercises. I realized that I need to purchase a heavier set of weights in order to really get the most out of this workout, but this is definitely one I’ll come back to in the future!

Quick and dirty
Absolutely loved the mix of strength and cardio. The moves were simple but effective, and you could go heavier for an extra challenge. I used 20# and am so very sweaty! Love her energy, this one will be going in my arsenal for later 😈

Another good one
This is a good workout for people who are shy about using weights. It's not too difficult but it will activate your muscles.
