Feels Great!
This is the perfect workout for a light day. I can tell a difference in my strength and range of motion from day 1 which is crazy to me! It's only been two weeks! Our bodies are amazing. I love Anna because she has such a deep understanding of how to build strength, so her programs are efficient and effective. She's the best!
