Perfect workout
Anna has us moving the whole time but the time goes by fast! Lots of modifications and encouragement.

DAMN, Anna!
Holy crap, was not prepared for the intensity of this workout!!! I'm used to Anna doing more 'gentle' videos but this one kicked my ass. I loved it and will definitely have this as a go-to sweat-session when I really want to burn calories like crazy!!
