tough on abs
I need more modification for most of the moves. I wanted to give up after the first ten minutes but kept trying. It got easier to follow Jake and I began to modify on my own.

Brutally effective
I love Jake but his workouts scare me. I can barely keep up and am always left a puddle of jelly by the end. For people who are in good shape it is an excellent challenge...for those still building their fitness, it's a little too intense. I recommend going at your own tempo and to not try to keep up...that way you can make sure to get your form right, and I guarantee you'll still get a massive burn-out by the end.

too fast and no modifications
the workout reps are too fast and offers no modification. Its a really good workout but its not structured properly and its a bit difficult for those with average core and glute strength.
