Ranier is SO much fun, SO funny and motivational! I could hardly keep up my workout at times bc I was laughing so hard...imaginary jump ropes and trees and "If you see a bee, skip it, because those bees are becoming endangered and we need them in the ecosystem"...hahahaha!!!...LOVE you, Raneir!! We need a daily podcast from you to keep the corona-crazy away!!

good energy
warm up was a little weird for me - i'm used to active movement instead, but the workout was pretty good. was pushing myself to max but still had gas left in the tank so needed a bit more length or tougher exercises.

So much fun!
I hadn't done hiit in a while so I was a bit apprehensive about this workout, but it literally flew by! It was entertaining and fun and a great workout overall. The exercises were doable and Raneir is so much fun to workout with! Thanks you popsugar for opening Active to the public during these difficult times, it's brought me so much joy.

Great for beginners!

Fantastic Cardio Blast!
Love Ranier! He is so motivating and full of energy. He really makes me want to keep going. This workout was definitely a scorcher but not so hard I couldn't complete it like some other HIIT workouts. I like that he mixed high impact and low impact moves.

Does not work with casting
I was really excited to use popsugar active but unfortunately the casting functionality does not work with their videos. So if I have to workout using my laptop and not from the TV, I'd rather just subscribe to other workout apps.

Great way to start!
Loved this HIIT workout. There's room for you to make it more or less challenging to suit your needs, and there is something for every part of the body (though I'd say on the whole it's more lower-body focused). I'll be back tomorrow for Day 2!!!!

Good way to get started!

Day 1 Loved the Instructor Reneir!
This was a great workout I sweated a lot. Reneir made me laugh and did not feel guilty I could not do everything. Reneir stressed the importance of just moving. It was fun and I felt happy that I finished today.

As another reviewer expressed, the main reason I purchased the 4-week program is because Raneir is the best Popsugar Fitness trainer of all time and I was missing new content from him, specifically! Great and challenging workout
As someone who only does a Zumba class once a week this was quite a challenge. And yes, I feel every muscle in my body - especially my thighs. Walking down the stairs for the next two day was a torture but after day 3 I can walk again - so off to the second workout ;). I'm determined to make it to the end of the 28 days - even if it takes longer than 28 day.

First time working out with Raneir Pollard, he was inspiring. He, said you would sweat, and I did. A must have work out. After work out, I couldn't believe it was 30 minutes it seemed much less. Loved it.
