Just what my legs needed
These essential leg stretches are just what I needed after a lower body workout. My hips, hamstrings, glutes, and IT band are grateful!

Nice stretch class
I have tight hips so this class was a good way to stretch them out. I would definitely take it again or seek out other stretching classes on PopSugar.
