I do wish the warm up wasn't so long though. Kinda drove me nuts.
Ladder style workout of full body exercises which adds reps each round. Steady pace and as always from Anna, training cues are excellent. There’s a nice long warmup to get you started. Choose medium weights.
Anna is so sunny and cheerful you almost don't notice she's kicking your ass. Great full-body burn with reps that increase each circuit so that you really get put through the ringer by the end.
