Fun, Short Circuit!
This was a fun and good circuit that was challenging enough and made me break a sweat. The reps were good and I didn't feel absolutely destroyed at the end, but nicely worked out! 👍

holy arms
my arms are DEAD after this. which is good. I need toned arms for my wedding dress :) I do wish the warm up wasn't so long though. Kinda drove me nuts.

Ladder workout & good warmup
Ladder style workout of full body exercises which adds reps each round. Steady pace and as always from Anna, training cues are excellent. There’s a nice long warmup to get you started. Choose medium weights.

Anna is so sunny and cheerful you almost don't notice she's kicking your ass. Great full-body burn with reps that increase each circuit so that you really get put through the ringer by the end.

Nice 9-10 minutes slow but intense warmup before starting, and then a slow paced workout which really makes you feel the burn, as you progress.
