great workout for injuries
I have an injury that prevents much use of my knees. This is a perfect recovery video. It is enough of a challenge to provide the workout I need without taxing my knees.

Great workout for all levels and apartment friendly
It was a little slow at the start with all the different forms of squats but once you move into some of the all body movements it becomes a really fun workout! They give great modifications that don't take away from the intensity but may make your downstairs neighbors happier with the lower impact!

Great Workout!
I have been sleeping on low impact workouts but this workout was great! I definitely felt it in my core, legs, and glutes. Great workout for beginners, intermediate, or pros.

Good cardio workout that could easily be used to intermediate by doing the moves faster and/or adding some impact. Great instructor.

Super Beginner Workout
I consider myself a beginner when it comes to working out, but this just seemed like a 30 minutes worth of light stretching. The team was amazing! I felt engaged the entire time.

Not exactly for beginners
Great workout. This was not a typical beginners workout. Got the blood and heart pumping. Will definitely do this one again. Thanks

Love it
I loved the workout but sometimes I followed the low impact version, since my knees were a bit stressed. What I liked most? Not too much soil exercises and not too much inverted positions (head down). Sometimes I feel dizzy when the head movement is too much up and down. I loved also the talking during the exercises...gives us energy. And I appreciated the breathing instructions.

Didn't enjoy pace or exercises
Lauren had great energy, and I appreciated the low impact workout. But didn't really like a lot of the exercises especially in the beginning, and when we had to repeat the whole circuit I was really disheartened and had to force myself to get through the end only to balance my body. Will not be doing this workout again.

Not for Beginners
This is a great work out and will definitely make you sweat but they emphasize multiple times its great for beginners. I have been working out 3-5 days a week for over 5 years and I was taking breaks so good luck to the beginners out there!
