Great stretch and weight workout
Quick and effective way to get a stretch and weight work. Great one to add to my rotation.

Tough 10 minutes
Do not be deceived by the duration of this workout, or title Yoga. This was a killer 10-minute workout! Even for a seasoned yogi like myself! But it was good!
