Today’s workout will focus on your booty but also work on your legs and core. Led by dance and fitness trainer Allie Cohen, the first 20 minutes will focus on standing moves, like lunges and squats with rotation, to target your legs and activate your core. Cardio moves like sumo squat jumps and skaters will get your heart racing before the final floor circuit, which will focus on the booty.
