Relaxing
Really lovely workout, fast paced but really stretches everything out whilst also engaging smaller muscles that aren't always targeted within more 'standard' workouts.

Yoga is so boring
If you like yoga then great video but I don't like it. It makes me sleepy and does nothing for my body. I don't find it relaxing or a good stretch at all. Nice outfit, Anna.
