This workout really gave me muscle pain in my upper arm, near chest area. After the workout Anna suggests to take a rest or do a lighter workout the next day...oh yes, I totally agree about the rest. Two days after this Day 6 my legs are still feeling tired. I think I can safely say I’ve gained some more muscles...😁

Very challenging
The weighted squat jump was so hard (I was using one 10lb dumbbell)! The hurdles are great for agility. Until I started working out again I didn't realize I hadn't jumped in about 20 years! Really important to do these type of exercises. Use it or lose it, as they say.
