Great Workout For Beginners
Played sports throughout high school, however got away from all things fitness/wellbeing in college. Now a recent college grad and what a GREAT way to start getting back into the world of fitness. An awesome full body workout, perfect to fit busy schedules. (Plus, PS sends the cutest little messages for encouragement after each workout you finish!) You will not regret joining!!!

Nice and quick ab burner
Can be modified for all levels. If you’re looking for an intense workout you may want use this as warm up or finisher for your abs.
