Overall, the workout was great for being so short, but I didn't care for the pieced-together workout. This caused the whole flow to feel a bit off/awkward for me.
Surprisingly challenging for how short it is! This is a 'frankenvideo' --lots of separate segments edited together, which isn't my favorite (just a personal preference) but it still gave me a good workout!
Yes it's short but no it is NOT easy! I had to pause for a few seconds several times and I am sweating! It's a good workout but super intense packed into a short time.
