Loved it
I’m doing the 30 minute belly fat workout along with this workout right after and it’s GREAT! It definitely breaks out a sweat and I deeply encourage!

Good workout but too fast on the transitions
Great leg workout, but the transitions between moves were way too fast. She was already into the next move while I was still turning my chair around.
