Well-rounded, fun workout
Thought this was awesome! More of Jeanette Jenkins, Popsugar!!! I wanted a moderate to high intensity hour long workout, and that’s exactly what I got. Burned 350 cals, but I’m only 5’3”, 110 lbs. Perfect for me!

Best Workout Ever!

Never a disappointment
Jeanette's workouts are always challenging and so satisfying - they always make me feel so mentally and physically fulfilled. Loved the tennis and volleyball exercises, those were a fun surprise. Also loved the burpee variation here, so much more fun to do than normal burpees. Please release more such workouts, Jeanette!

Loooove Jeanette
I know some comments are saying they only burned half the calories she did, but I burned 497 and I'm in good shape. It's important to remember everyone will burn differently. What's crucial is this is a GREAT workout and Jeanette's energy and workouts are balanced and tough but enjoyable! I threw in some weights in some moments I thought I could use a little more. :)

Love Jeanette!
Great workout, but I only burned half of what she did. I'v e done this workout before with no issues, but his time it froze and wouldn't restart. There was only 3 minutes left in the workout, so I didn't miss much, but it was disappointing. Lately I've been having issues with several other workouts freezing during the session. Not sure what the issues is. Are there too many people doing PopSugar so it's overloading the site? I know others have had the same issue. please fix!! Thank you Jeanette, love you!!

Her most enduring quip might be her almost inaudible giggle that reminds you that, YES, you still have another side to do. (I always laugh and then steady myself for the other side.) Good work out, but I burnt only 375 calories and I went ALL out to the same level as Jeanette. So not exactly over 600! Maybe if you are really overweight....

I took the the Popsugar version that was made in studio (still the same workout) and had the best burn I’ve had in a long time! Jeanette Jenkins is a wonderful trainer that connects with her audience, relates to them, and motivates them throughout the entire workout! This is the perfect mix of cardio and strength with plenty of options to push to the fullest intensity or to take modifications for low-impact. I mainly chose the advanced options and am so glad I pushed myself!

Great workout!
If you've ever done a Jeanette workout before, you won't be disappointed with this one! Every inch of your body will feel worked, and the time goes by so fast! While there is some jumping and higher-impact moves, she also offers modifications to make them low-impact; this is great if you have sensitive knees, want a full-body workout that's a little less intense, or have neighbors you're trying not to disturb.
