This workout is a little bit on the easier side and this teacher isn't the most in depth with her instructions and cues. Definitely on the slower side so it's good for a day when you want to go easy on yourself. Still works you out, but just not as tightly instructed or as difficult as some of the others.
This is a good workout, pretty easy to follow but still effective. I would have loved a third round maybe focused on arms, but I will consider to do this again when I will look for an easy routine
Not gunna lie I put off trying this one because she intimidated me a bit but I'm so glad I did it! Great workout and I'm going to try one of her programs soon!
I got a little bit tired of not understanding when she changes exercise without watching. And I don't like the tempo and found it kinda boring, and I don't like being called babe haha.
At the beginning I thought 'oh, this is nice and light' - if you don't have endurance, it requires some power. Great leg, bum and abs burner, and you don't spend too much time on your back (great if you have back problems)
I read the reviews and was expecting a difficult workout. This wasn't too challenging...not cardio or strength intensive, probably more of a light toning workout. I broke a little sweat. I added weights to some of the leg exercises, but I feel no DOMS today. That said I enjoyed the workout, trainer's messages and enthusiasm. Just wanted more intensity.
I always wanted to try and work out with Britnee but I was so scared I wouldn't be able to keep up (thank you modifications, thank you Anna). That was so great, I feel so good
I personally categorize every work out as either cardio or strength, this was definitely a strength workout. It was surprisingly difficult and I love a challenge! In my opinion, this is an intermediate or advanced workout. Love the instructor, great energy!
The 30 minutes went by fast! There was a fun mix of familiar moves (squats, planks, burpees) and new moves I'd never done before. Just the right amount of difficulty, I definitely recommend!
Typically I don't feel sore until next day, but I'm already feeling it in my shoulders and thighs! Did lots of the modifications since I'm getting back into a more regular schedule, can't wait to build my strength to try the more advanced moves.
