Effective but tedious
If you're looking to burn yourself out in a short period of time, this workout is for you! 20 minutes later, my muscles still feel shaky! On the other hand, if intellectual stimulation is what you need in a workout, you'll want to steer clear. It's basically just 2 moves repeated for four minutes, followed by another 2 moves for four minutes.
