I feel so bad only leaving 3 stars :( Too much talk about the host’s heart rate and how many calories she burned. Also lots of down time. Lacking motivation and excitement. The host needs to work on inspiring her watchers and picking up the pace, not talking about texts on her watch!
Warmup and cooldown took about a third of the whole 45 minutes... It was better if most of the 45 minutes was the actual workout, otherwise it's not so different than a 30 min. one.
Other than that- really good work for the whole body! Felt great.
I can't workout at watch the video the entire time
Love you Anna but sometimes you get too focused on talking that you forget to tell us to switch sides. It's not possible for me to work out and look at my screen at the same time the entire video, so it would be really helpful if I didn't have to rewind the video just so I can even out both sides.
