Great strength workout
Anna did it again. She motivates, includes the other instructors, and makes you feel like you can do the moves:). Awesome feeling at the end.

Just okay :(
I feel so bad only leaving 3 stars :( Too much talk about the host’s heart rate and how many calories she burned. Also lots of down time. Lacking motivation and excitement. The host needs to work on inspiring her watchers and picking up the pace, not talking about texts on her watch!

Great workout. I don’t mind the length of the warm up as it is active. But the cool down could be cut in half. otherwise love this full body workout.

Great workout but too short
Warmup and cooldown took about a third of the whole 45 minutes... It was better if most of the 45 minutes was the actual workout, otherwise it's not so different than a 30 min. one. Other than that- really good work for the whole body! Felt great.

I can't workout at watch the video the entire time
Love you Anna but sometimes you get too focused on talking that you forget to tell us to switch sides. It's not possible for me to work out and look at my screen at the same time the entire video, so it would be really helpful if I didn't have to rewind the video just so I can even out both sides.

Good full body workout
This is a good workout with a long warm up and cooldown. It works the whole body and gets your heart rate going without being too difficult.
