okay so I did other workouts from her and I really loved them but like...... this one is next level. This is the sweatiest boxing workout I've ever done, and also the most fun!!!!

INCREDIBLE way to start the day. I’m a total convert to anything Christa and trust me, I’m not a convert-type person. But I’d follow her anywhere. She is the silver lining of this dark covid time. She makes every day fun and energetic. And did I mention you’ll sweat your ass off? And I’m gonna be 60 this year. THANK YOU!!!!!
Christa's done it again and created another AMAZING workout that gets me ridiculously excited to get up in the morning and do it again! Thank you so much! My fav was the round with the push kicks and roundhouses as well! Thank you, Sylvia, also for that core part with the punching and bridge, as if I'm not mistaken, you suggested that for a B and B FB live? Thank you again!
For anyone who hasn't tried Christa's workouts/kickboxing before, I recommend with all my heart!
So energetic with smooth transitions... the time went by so fast yet I was soaked!! Almost didn't want it to end....but relieved it did. She's f**king amazing!
It is also so much fun working out with Christa! Was that 45 mins? It went by so quickly with lots of humour and encouragement along the way. My favourite combo was defintely the last one as I love elbow strikes and push kicks. And I went with 0.5kg wrist weights through the entire session just to add some hot sauce. THANK YOU!!!
As always, Christa absolutely kills it with her workouts. Not only does she get you sweating but she hypes you up and makes the workouts enjoyable. Her personality and coaching style makes some of the more difficult moves more bearable and helps you get through it and come out at the end feeling like an absolute badass. Will definitely be doing this workout again soon and look forward to trying her new workout that was just released on YouTube!
