I really enjoyed the workout and the lower back exercise in particular as I feel like most trainers neglect the lower back in their workouts.
For me there could be more reps but every time they repeated the circles I simply started straight away while they were still chatting and got more reps in like that.
If you love side planks, this is for you. I’m not a huge fan of side planks and I didn’t feel like I was hugely successful during the workout. I’m beginning/intermediate. The instructor was cool and the pace was good, but I won’t be trying this workout again.
I would do the last three circuits again! I loved them. They were challenging in the sense that I was working hard, not in that I felt awkward trying to do the moves. The first two circuits had a couple side planks that just felt awkward, even the modification was super awkward.
This was a really kickass workout - I've done HEAPS of aerobics and different exercise classes over the years and I very rarely run into a new move - these ab exercises were great. And I actually enjoyed losing my breath
