Video Froze, then lost audio.
Love Charlee's workouts, but like others it froze towards the end. I was able to get the video started again, but then I had not audio. So disappointed! Great workout until it froze. Love the way she explains why you do certain moves.

Great workout but video froze
It is so much fun working out with Charlee, been following her workouts cos she's so motivating, giving tips which are quite helpful and she explains everything well and clear. This is such a cool workout, unfortunately the video froze on around 33 minutes.

Good for beginners
I thought this was a good core workout but I barely broke a sweat. Great cueing and teaching, I just didn't think it was a real HIIT workout, which would be high intensity.

Enjoyable Workout!
Great cueing (which sure helped when the video froze); loved the physiological explanations which happened to be answers to the questions in my head!! I'll incorporate the wrist twist.

Fabulous way to start your day!
If you are looking for a strength HIIT workout and you have NO cardio issues, this is it! I followed the live session last week and did it today again..(drenched in sweat both times). Love the way Charlee teaches her class..

My new go to! Love working out with Charlee. She is so motivating and explains everything so well. Sad the video froze around 32 minutes but audio kept going so still was able to finish the workout and stretch!
