Loved this workout
This was my first workout with Kellie - great workout: effective strenght exercises, just enough cardio in between and the end and really good exercises for the butt and core. And I also appreciated the fact that she paid attention to the volume of music. Usually trainers forget about that and it’s too loud so one cannot follow the instructions well. So I put my thumbs up! fast effective workout
