challenging but great!
These exercises were hard but worth it! I felt so strong at the end, it was a great workout. Rainer's commentary definitely helped as well!

Anyone know the calorie burn for this one?
My partner and I did this one today and loved it. Went hard and used challenging weights. I'm 5'6 and 135 lbs, he's 6'3 and about 185.
