Good workout that gets the heart rate up. Do not be be misled by the Yoga/Pilates categorization, it is neither. It is a good workout for the entire body.
I really enjoy Kit's workouts in general bc she always explains all of her moves clearly & keeps a steady pace, but I especially liked this workout for the cardio bursts in the middle!! She challenges you without compromising form! Big fan.
UPDATE: I woke up sore the next day, it shows that muscle groups were worked.
Sorry... I LOVE POP SUGAR but I really didn't like this workout. Too many variations of push ups for too long. I just didn't "get" the circuits either.
This workout is a great mix of cardio and strength. Kit is one of my favorites! She has such an encouraging spirit that helps motivate me throughout the workout.
Nice workout without being frenetic! Loved Kit's calm demeanor. Sometimes you need a calm instructor that still demands a lot of you. Got me sweating! Loved the workout!
Pushes me without pushing me too far - enough breaks and modifications, great trainer who keeps talking you through it.
This is my second time doing this one and I'll keep coming back because it feels like it works and I feel really good after!
