Great Low Impact High Intensity
I'm recovering from shin splits so this was a great low impact workout that was still high intensity. This was my first workout with them and I absolutely loved their energy. I loved Justin's motivation and he has inspired me to make affirmations for myself in ensuring a healthy lifestyle. It's not easy but it's so worth it.

In love with their method

I am recovering from a badly sprained ankle, so I'm so happy to find these low impact workouts! I used to think that my workouts had to be super intense in order to be effective, but these LIT workouts prove that more is not always better nor necessary!

challenging workout, probably not for beginners
I enjoyed this workout. It was a challenge but also protected my knees because no jumping. I've done various types of workouts, so I knew how to modify where needed (i.e. couldn't do all the regular pushups, so went to knees), but beginners may not.

Basic but challenging too
Lots of basic moves in alternate pairs to keep cardio at a fat-burning level without jumping or running. It’s a great burn despite the sometimes chaotic instruction.

Sweaty but OK
I liked the other workout they did with Anna in the studio but here I can't tell what I'm supposed to do. They say do slow bicycles but then Taylor is going super fast. I get that it's supposed to be high intensity but it was hard to tell what was going on. But I'm not ready to give up yet. I'm going to check out their other videos.

Love These Two!
This was my first workout with the Lit Method owners and I was loving their tag team energy and enthusiasm throughout the entire heart ❤️ pumping 30 minutes! It helped keep me going! And low-intensity doesn't mean it's a slow workout that doesn't make you churn and burn; it just achieves those same results without any jumping! High-intensity incorporates jumping movements which aren't great for those with knee issues, etc. I agree, I would love to see more workouts from these two more than just once a week! Popsugar workouts are the BOMB. I've loved every single one I've tried so far. All the trainers are top-notch and full of positive, motivating energy! Keep posting more awesome workouts and I'll keep showing up!

Need more instruction
It got me sweaty quickly but I have no idea if I did the moves correctly to avoid hurting myself. Also there was little modification advice which is hard when you want to stick with them but can't quite do the whole move yet.

Way too much yelling & cheerleading, no instruction. I agree with the other reviewer who questions the form on some of these exercises.

Where’s the teaching?
I know this goes against popular opinion, but I was very disappointed in the class. Sweat doesn’t equal good workout, safety and form matter more. There was absolutely no instruction in form or technique. Many of the moves were demonstrated incorrectly. Lots of cheering but in my opinion that doesn’t replace good teaching. I expect more from a fitness site.

Low impact but hurts so good
