Good beginner work out
Great workout to do with your mom. Standing, easy. Also great for your back.

But the video stopped at 13.24 minutes and as much as I tried to get it going again, it would not. Got it! Took a while though.

Nice and Light Workout!
This was a fun and easy workout, but still quite effective! I was sweating buckets by the end of it! Would have liked more resistance workout with weights, but you can add that to the workout if you want to. I love the mother and daughter duo and their endless positive energy!

Gentle workout but it works
This was just what I needed today. Felt gentle and doable on a day where I didn’t want to do a thing. But I can feel it after. Did it solo with no problems.
