Really great Workout
Jack’s workouts always push me to my limits (but in a good way!) and this was no exception. It really hits those muscles and gets your heart rate up! I’ll definitely be doing it regularly.
Love this one and will do it again. I used my booty bands, my weighted vest, and my wrist weights. It’s a great workout And exactly what I was looking for because I could use all three things. And I was sweating my butt off. And if you can’t do something, you can Just keep moving and then go right back into it when ready!
Jake always does such awesome workouts! I feel fantastic and so much stronger afterward. They're tough, but they get the job done! And since he does so many different exercises, the workout goes by quickly!
When you really feel like you just wanna lay on the the floor and cry because you can't feel your legs anymore, Jake is still able to motivate you... idk how he does it tbh but he's just awesome!! Best leg workout ever!
