Super Fun
This was a great, fun workout! Nicole is delightful and puts together great Latin moves to have a great time while working up a sweat. It's a new fave of mine!

Great trainer who motivated me to do all exercises. It is really nice there is modification for exercises so everybody can do them.

Fun Workout that Goes By Quickly!
This didn't feel like 30 minutes. I like the variety within the different combos -- it keeps it interesting throughout the entire workout. Lots of fun and great energy from the instructors!

30-Minute Latin Dance Combo
It's a good workout - and I'm going to feel sore tomorrow! It got me moving even though it didn't need a lot of space. I wasn't quite sure what my arms were supposed to be doing some of the time.
