Charlee is THE BEST
I struggle with correct form and knowing whether I'm doing an exercise correctly. Charlee explains what you should be feeling in your body when you're practicing correct form, and she gives side profile views to really get it through. She also offers modifications if you're a beginner, while encouraging you to challenge yourself if you've been doing modifications for a while.

Another great workout!
Thank you for the great workout Charlee!! It's a given that you'll be dripping sweat at the end. Challenging moves to work all areas of your body. with modifications if you need them. Putting this one in my favorites! Loved it!

perfect amount of challenging
This is a really great, fast-paced, challenging workout. It is not too easy but also not too challenging. At times it was hard to jump right into the exercises since it is so fast but if you pay attention to the pattern it repeats itself.
