Good workout

Good workout
Kind of hard to keep up in the beginning. I actually did not like the same exercises repeated 3 times, but the workout delivered and I was tired!

Really enjoyed this workout!
I loved this workout, but the video froze in the middle. It took a while to find the workout on Popsugar. However, once I found the video I really enjoyed it!

I loved everything!
Loved the 3 sets, the first one to learn the moves, the 2nd to train, the 3rd shows how I improve Loved allie, she's so motivating! Loved the 7 moves, varied and full body Loved the variations, for easier and tougher. Briefly, I enjoyed every moment. Thank you all, from Italy

Awesome with great moderations
Loved the workout. All I needed was my body and a mat (b/c I worked out outside). I also really liked that there were modifications shown throughout the exercise as some of us are not as "advanced" as the main trainer. Thank you for recognizing that!

Great workout at home
Loved the workout in my home. No accessories needed so this will be a great go-to when I travel. Easy to follow. I didn't feel like I was fumbling over my own feet just to keep up. This made me sweat and breathe hard! Just what I'm looking for in a workout! Thanks!
