Loved the workout. All I needed was my body and a mat (b/c I worked out outside). I also really liked that there were modifications shown throughout the exercise as some of us are not as "advanced" as the main trainer. Thank you for recognizing that!
Loved the workout in my home. No accessories needed so this will be a great go-to when I travel. Easy to follow. I didn't feel like I was fumbling over my own feet just to keep up. This made me sweat and breathe hard! Just what I'm looking for in a workout! Thanks!
