Great workout!

Love them!
I've been doing the LIT method workouts for a couple months now, and have lost a huge chunk of weight and a few inches off my entire body. Thank you so much for great workouts that get my heart rate up without exacerbating my bum ankle. Love you guys!!!!!

Fine w/o But so much yelling
I was looking for a low impact cardio, and I remembered liking another one of the LIT workouts. This one is an alright workout--got my heart going but definitely not cardio focused. I was REALLY turned off by all their yelling and their barking dog.

GREAT workout!
had a recent ankle injury, so trying to find a good work out without compromising the healing process - THIS WAS PERFECT. DEF high - intensity, & I loved their energy!
