great workout. definitely sweat and liked the low impact, high intensity

GREAT workout!
had a recent ankle injury, so trying to find a good work out without compromising the healing process - THIS WAS PERFECT. DEF high - intensity, & I loved their energy!

Why so much yelling? Made it impossible to watch with sound on. But good energy and great (hard) workout!
