I really liked the trainer - he was calm & peaceful throughout the entire workout, but still managed to pump you up & get your heart rate going with some good cardio. Also loved the strength training!
Great workout, Modification is what I need due to accident metal thru lower body, He just makes it fun. I feel good after I complete the workout sore but good, He pumps you up without all the shouting, Thanks for a great time,
I really don't like jumping, but this workout felt so nice even though it had some jumps on it. Had some repetitions but didn't get boring. Nice job!! We felt the burnπ₯
