I loved this workout
I think barre is a great idea for toning and getting in shape. I love the teacher, she's so enthusiastic and motivating.

Great 30min workout
This was my first Pop Sugar workout, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it; I loved the trainer and her style of Barre-Pilates. I have since tried another class and have come back to repeat this one. Would love to see more from Marnie Alton!

My Favourite !!!!!!
This is by far my favourite workout on Popsugar. Definitely want to se more from the trainer. She is amazing and the final part was so relaxing. Will incorporate this workout at least once a week now.

Great workout
Very good! I'm not a dancer whatsoever but that didn't matter. Only difficulty I found was with the very low squat position (what I'd call a "frog position") I found I can't get my feet as wide as they needed to be.

real workout
I suggest you be sure to have a mat my knees on carpet hurt in the kneeling part, but my fault A good strong workout that showed me I need to improve alot! thank you!

Awesome!
This was a great workout! I didn't know what to expect since I had never done a Barre workout and it was awesome! I also hurt my ankle and wanted something low impact but could get my heart rate up and this was perfect!

Solid fullbody workout
It was unexpectedly challenging, especially for the legs but very satisfactory. The stretching in the end is great!

Good barre workout
Instructions were a bit too fast for me to follow easily. Much tougher than I expected - solid full body workout, especially for the legs.

Whole body workout guarantee!
Awesome workout. Didn’t think I was going to get my butt kicked as much as I did. This workout works the whole body in short bursts. I recommend this one!
