This was my first Pop Sugar workout, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it; I loved the trainer and her style of Barre-Pilates. I have since tried another class and have come back to repeat this one. Would love to see more from Marnie Alton!
Very good! I'm not a dancer whatsoever but that didn't matter. Only difficulty I found was with the very low squat position (what I'd call a "frog position") I found I can't get my feet as wide as they needed to be.
This was a great workout! I didn't know what to expect since I had never done a Barre workout and it was awesome! I also hurt my ankle and wanted something low impact but could get my heart rate up and this was perfect!
