Marnie is an excellent instructor.
Her workouts are tough, but inspiring. She cheers you up throughout the whole routine, which is full body activating. Love her and wait for other workouts :)
There are plenty of modifications to make the moves accessible for those with knee issues, or challenge yourself even further. Great mindset stretching at the end.
This was my first Pop Sugar workout, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it; I loved the trainer and her style of Barre-Pilates. I have since tried another class and have come back to repeat this one. Would love to see more from Marnie Alton!
This is by far my favourite workout on Popsugar. Definitely want to se more from the trainer. She is amazing and the final part was so relaxing. Will incorporate this workout at least once a week now.
Very good! I'm not a dancer whatsoever but that didn't matter. Only difficulty I found was with the very low squat position (what I'd call a "frog position") I found I can't get my feet as wide as they needed to be.
I suggest you be sure to have a mat

This was a great workout! I didn't know what to expect since I had never done a Barre workout and it was awesome! I also hurt my ankle and wanted something low impact but could get my heart rate up and this was perfect!
Awesome workout. Didn’t think I was going to get my butt kicked as much as I did. This workout works the whole body in short bursts. I recommend this one!
