Day 1 of going back to working out after a few months of not doing a thing other than walking. I have spinal issues and have had spinal surgeries, and this was perfect. I followed the modifications with a few additional things like support pillow under my knees, used a stretch tool to help me along the way with stretching, etc. but I feel great and the stretching was perfect bc I hate when workouts end without it. Thank you!
I found this workout to be exactly what I needed, having hurt my arm a few weeks ago. This allowed me to modify and will gradually build up as my arm recovers.

Thank you to Brittany, Abia, and Anna for this wonderful, amazing workout! I am in between beginner/intermediate fitness-wise, and I really appreciate the ability for me to modify certain moves and to go full out on others to create a customized workout for my needs while also being able to follow along with ALL of the moves instead of skipping them because they are too difficult. These are my favorite workouts because I can build strength and get some heart-pumping cardio at the same time!
