Not a Pilates
Last thing I wanted to see in Pilates workout were jumping squats.

Excellent beginner's workout
This is a very nice workout that warms you up progressively and allows beginners to go at a pace that feels right for them. Nothing too challenging yet my heart was definitely pumping and I feel great afterwards.

Boss trainer with a relaxing voice. I loved it!
I love her relaxing voice! Her soft spoken voice kept me going. I loved how much this workout challenged my balance, which is huge for strengthening core! Also, congrats on her baby. What a boss workout trainer for recently having a baby and doing all of these advanced moves. Good for her! Thanks for sharing your knowledge on how to strengthen from the inside out.

Blazing out of quarantine!
Challenging muscle groups that needed to wake up after sedentary months. Cardio endorphins released, feels great! Some modifications definitely necessary for me , glad examples were provided.

Great for the abs

Solid workout at a doable pace
I loved this workout which has two rounds of an abs-focused circuit. There’s no rushing, no frenzy; a steady pace which concentrated on form and getting the movements correct. All levels can take this one on and feel the burn. Advanced: grab light weights
