I didn’t know what to expect with this w/o. Great, fun w/o for a recovery day. I was still able to get in a fair bit of steps and light cardio. Thank you.
This is a super fun workout. I love cardio kickboxing and adding the dance moves makes it even more fun. At the same time, you get a really good workout in.
He's a fun instructor but this workout is barely a workout. I used his moves as suggestions and had to do thing double or triple time in order to even break a sweat. I wish there was more kickboxing and more dance elements.
Also the entire 10 minute warm up is completely off beat to the music. This is jarring for anyone with rhythm that is used to an instructor moving WITH the music. I probably won't do this one again, but this would be a SOLID workout for a beginner.
