Good sweaty workout
I loved this workout from top to finish: easy warmup, good core exercises, challenging cardio sessions. And I really like instructor’s energy through all her workouts. Love from Slovenia.

Great workout
I loved everything about this workout. There was a nice warm up, the instructor had good energy and the moves were easy to follow. The routine had a good amount of reputation without being boring. It was great, left me feeling accomplished and very sweaty!
