Great workout
Great fun workout I love working out with weights and dancing and also being able to do a cool down with that yoga it’s great

A new favorite!
LOVED this workout. Gave me a little bit of everything--strength, cardio, yoga, even the dance was fun. All the sections flowed together well and the instructor was fantastic. Super fun, but I was sweating profusely too.

Such a fun workout!
I loved the combination of cardio, yoga and a bit of strength. It pushed me in different ways but I had so much fun doing it.

my dance moves need some work
but this was fun and went by quickly- not my usual workout but good to switch it up
