great instructor
the hiit drills ensure sweating but the dance helps give a break while still moving. Abs at the end was great

Fun Workout!
Loved this trainer! She was upbeat and motivating! The workout is a bit different with 1.5 minute HIIT drills scattered throughout and low-intensity cardio in between. It’s either you go “really hard” or your just grooving to the music. Ended with a great ab section that made the workout well-rounded.
